Great service
The owner himself responded to my roadside assistance call but having just have a flat tire changed. He and his staff which includes Carroll his wife, and Brittany his daughter were extremely nice. John one of the mechanics helped me get a rim so I didn't have to rely upon a donut when I have a flat tire. No 1 in side the office, the shop or anywhere had any rough language. I noticed other customers were treated with respect as so was I. I would recommend Gallo Towing and use of their service department in possibly buying a car from them as they were very interested in the customer but we're not the typical "car salesman" .
I have always had the best customer service from this establishment. No phony sales reps. Mindy, you are tops !!
They need to fix vehicles before listing them for sale.
The staff are always friendly and great customer service and the prices are fair,and the vehicles in stock are always good and decent looking haven't ran into a lemon yet keep up the good work
